Job Description

The Associate Director, Customer Supply Chain (Kroger) is a Cincinnati-based, B10 people-leader role accountable for supply chain performance across an approximately $2B Kroger business. This role builds and maintains strong customer partnership and drives measurable improvements in in-stock, case fill rate, and ORAD/on-time delivery through disciplined KPI governance, proactive risk management, continuous improvement routines, and advanced analytics/automation. Success depends on cross-functional influence across Sales, Logistics, GCC, BU Supply, and BU Sales, and hands-on leadership of customer supply chain analysts. Job Description Primary Responsibilities Lead a team of customer supply chain analysts to drive the right focus, priorities, and accountability toward supply chain performance objectives for Kroger. Lead KPI governance, performance management routines, and escalation processes to improve and sustain in-stock, case fill rate, and ORAD/on-time delivery results across the Kroger business. Monitor potential business decisions and identify risks/impacts to on-time delivery (ORAD) and internal network execution; proactively mitigate service risk. Partner cross
  • functionally with Sales, Logistics, GCC, BU Supply, and BU Sales to identify , prioritize, and implement actions that improve service outcomes and resolve execution barriers.
Lead continuous improvement efforts by standardizing daily/weekly rituals and routines, simplifying processes, and embedding controls to sustain gains. Leverage advanced analytics and automation (e.g., Excel/Power BI/VBA/Access and other reporting/automation tools) to improve visibility, speed decision-making, and scale best practices. Act as a customer-facing supply chain leader, translating service performance and tradeoffs into clear actions and alignment across internal and customer stakeholders. Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, customer logistics, performance management/analytics, and cross-functional execution (strongly aligned) Proven people leadership experience (people manager) with a track record of coaching and developing analysts Demonstrated customer-facing and cross-functional influencing capability across Sales, Logistics, GCC, BU Supply, and BU Sales Ability to quickly grasp complex supply chain issues (in-stock, case fill, ORAD/on-time delivery), structure the problem, and drive to solution Strong Excel/reporting/PowerPoint skills; advanced analytics/automation capability (e.g., Power BI, VBA, Access) SAP experience is a plus Retail Link experience is a plus Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz' strategy and values.
New Hire Base Salary Range:
$164,200.00
  • $205,200.

Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
