Maintenance Position

Qualifications include a knowledge of: Electrician and HVAC Experience Required Knowledge of methods, practices, and materials used in electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning Applicable provisions of building, electrical, and plumbing codes Occupational hazards and safe work practices of the building maintenance trades Qualifications include an ability to: Make repairs and adjustments to plumbing equipment, and a variety of motorized and mechanical equipment such as chillers, boilers, generators, motors, pumps and valves, blowers, fans, variable frequency drives, and refrigeration systems •Recognize and locate conditions which require maintenance and repair work. • Read blueprints, plans and construction drawings Safely and skillfully operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, trucks and lifts Receive work orders and determine necessary tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete assignments Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance Understand building electrical systems Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others Effectively communicate both orally and in writing
