Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Electrical Panel Builder - Dayton, OH Full-Time | On-Site | $65,000-$80,000 No Travel | Hands-On Technical Role | Stable Day Shift A growing industrial manufacturing company specializing in custom furnaces and control systems is seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Builder to join their team in Dayton, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering long-term stability, full benefits, and the chance to work in a clean, organized shop environment with a highly experienced engineering team. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials Assemble and wire control panels, including mounting and terminating PLCs, VFDs, contactors, and relays Pull and run wire through conduit; bend and mount conduit securely Perform functional and safety testing of assembled panels Troubleshoot and repair wiring issues or component problems during assembly Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies Requirements High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in panel building, machine wiring, or industrial electrical work Strong understanding of 240V/480V single and 3-phase circuits, AC/DC control circuits Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately Familiarity with UL 508A standards and industrial control systems is a plus Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools Must possess good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$80,000 annual salary, depending on experience Full medical coverage (PPO or HSA options) Dental and vision insurance Company HSA contributions up to $1,500/year Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability 401(k) with 10% company match Paid time off and holidays Voluntary long-term disability and additional life insurance are available Why This Role?
