About the Role Altimate Electric is looking for an experienced electrician to join our team working on residential and commercial projects. No license required — we're looking for someone with solid hands-on electrical experience who can work independently or alongside a team. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary repairs Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building code requirements Coordinate with other trades on job sites Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow all safety protocols Complete accurate job documentation and material lists Requirements 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience Working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions (heights, confined spaces, outdoor work) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and take direction Preferred Experience with residential and commercial wiring

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
