Industrial Electrician We are hiring for an Industrial Electrician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems and machinery within our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Perform regular inspections, testing, and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate repairs or replacements. Install, calibrate, and modify electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards. Collaborate with team members to develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules, and execute them effectively. Conduct electrical safety training sessions for staff members, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Assist with the installation and modification of electrical wiring, circuits, and other components as needed. Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills A high school diploma or equivalent; combination of work-related training and experience. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial setting. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and circuitry. Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Knowledge of NEC and ANSI codes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals. Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and procedures. Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Certification or degree in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance is preferred .
