About the Role We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our heavy-duty production environment. You will play a vital role in minimizing operational downtime by proactively maintaining complex electrical systems and resolving technical challenges with precision. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve electrical faults across 24VDC to 480V systems to maintain continuous production flow. Execute the installation and wiring of motors, control panels, and various electrical components to meet rigorous performance standards. Interpret complex schematics and technical drawings to perform accurate repairs and system modifications. Conduct comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of critical facility infrastructure. Manage the installation and termination of control wiring, sensors, and relays to ensure seamless equipment integration. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including LOTO and national electrical codes, to foster a secure working environment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in an industrial maintenance or electrical technician capacity. Proficiency in reading and applying electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Hands-on expertise with 24VDC-480V power systems and motor controls. Strong diagnostic skills using multimeters and other precision testing equipment. Demonstrated ability to wire and terminate control panels and electrical hardware. Preferred Skills Foundational knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Experience with cable tray installation and industrial conduit work. Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and circuit protection devices.
