Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and low-voltage controls Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system modifications Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults or inefficiencies Ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards), NEC (National Electrical Code), and local electrical codes Perform maintenance on industrial equipment and commercial electrical systems to prevent downtime and extend lifespan Execute electrical wiring tasks during renovation or construction projects while adhering to safety procedures Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading skills to complete precise electrical work efficiently Follow strict electrical safety procedures to protect yourself and colleagues from hazards associated with high voltage or complex systems Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a strong background in industrial electrical systems and commercial electrical work Hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical wiring, low voltage systems, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues Knowledge of NFPA 70 compliance standards, NEC regulations, and local electrical codes Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, schematics diagrams, and blueprints accurately Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, power tools, hand tools, and blueprint reading devices Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects involving industrial or commercial facilities Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems is a plus Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures related to high voltage environments Construction experience including framing carpentry or handyman skills is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering safe, reliable power solutions that keep operations running smoothly!
