Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and demonstrate proficiency in both high and low voltage applications. This role requires a hands-on approach to electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs within commercial and residential settings. The Journeyperson Electrician will work closely with other tradespeople on construction sites, ensuring that all electrical work meets safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. OSHA certification is a plus.
