What You'll Do Lead residential and light commercial service projects from start to finish Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems — panels, wiring, lighting, and circuits Communicate with customers, quote small projects, and explain work clearly Supervise apprentices or helpers and ensure jobs pass inspection Maintain a clean, organized work van and uphold company safety standards Use scheduling and invoicing apps to keep jobs on track and customers informed What You Bring 4+ years of electrical experience (Residential or Light Commercial) Journeyman License Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation Basic tools and professional work habits Leadership mindset — confident, accountable, and team-oriented What You Get $68,000-$85,000+ per year (base + bonuses + overtime) Company van + gas card Health, dental, vision insurance PTO + paid holidays 401K Plan Ongoing training, licensing support, and clear advancement path A company that actually values the trades — and proves it daily Schedule Monday-Friday Rotating paid on-call weekends Occasional overtime available
