• keeping the van stocked and accountability for all materials Mentoring apprentices and keeping work quality high Customer communication and handling billing discussions professionally Using technology-driven interfaces for job tracking, documentation, and updates Ensuring work meets NEC and local code while delivering clean, reliable installations and troubleshooting What we're looking for 5+ years of lead experience in electrical work Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead others effectively Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial systems Comfortable reading plans/diagrams and leading jobs from the details Safety-minded with a strong attention to quality Valid driver's license and clean driving record A good attitude, a willingness to keep learning and a hustle type pace Ready to join a team that treats you like a professional?
