Job Description

Industrial Electrician - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Job Summary We are hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to support electrical maintenance and production operations in a busy manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing industrial electrical systems and equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. Prior industrial electrician experience is required.
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$21.52-$27.26 per hour, depending on experience
Attendance Incentive:
Additional $2.25 per hour 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM start 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM start 3rd
Shift:
10:00 PM start
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday Hours:
May work up to 10-12 hours per day
Weekends:
Weekend work may be required Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install industrial electrical systems and equipment Troubleshoot AC/DC systems, motor controls, PLCs, hardwired systems, and industrial controls Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical prints Test electrical equipment for proper voltage, amperage, continuity, and operation Perform preventive maintenance to identify and correct potential electrical issues before they cause downtime Respond to production calls involving electrical and equipment problems Install, replace, and repair electrical and electromechanical components, including motors, pumps, valves, sensors, switches, relays, and controls Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, scales, labeling equipment, and other industrial machinery Follow electrical codes, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA requirements, and all company safety procedures Maintain accurate maintenance records Keep tools and work areas clean, safe, and organized Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize equipment downtime Perform other maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Prior industrial electrician experience required Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and industrial controls Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and prints Ability to use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools Electrical trade school, apprenticeship, certificate program, or equivalent training preferred Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently with limited supervision Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed Ability to climb ladders approximately 6-12 feet and work at elevated heights Ability to work with arms extended above shoulder level Ability to safely work around operating machinery and moving equipment Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, and noisy industrial environments Why Apply?
