Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments, schematics, and electrical blueprints. Troubleshoot electrical systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components utilizing tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Diagnose issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical diagnostics, and industrial control systems to minimize downtime. Conduct equipment troubleshooting and repairs involving welding (stick welding), electrical maintenance, and hydraulic or pneumatic system adjustments. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and equipment history. Read electrical schematics and blueprints to identify faults and implement effective solutions promptly. Support field service operations by performing equipment repairs on-site at various manufacturing facilities or customer locations as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or industrial maintenance environment with strong mechanical knowledge. Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, electrical blueprint reading, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics interpretation. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, high voltage electrical systems, low voltage controls, and industrial electrician practices. Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting involving hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical systems. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely (certification preferred) and use various tools including welding equipment for on-the-spot repairs. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation for field service tasks. Fluency in English with good communication skills necessary for technical documentation and team collaboration.
