Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential homes while delivering a high level of customer service. You'll play a key role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and satisfaction on every job. What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems, including wiring, panels, outlets, lighting, and breakers Perform electrical inspections and ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions Upgrade electrical panels, install surge protection, generators, and other system enhancements Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues, solutions, and recommendations Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job notes Keep a clean and organized work environment and service vehicle Collaborate with team members and support apprentices when needed Follow all company processes and safety protocols What We're Looking For Active Journeyman or Residential Electrician License (or ability to obtain) Experience in residential electrical installation and service Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions What We Offer Competitive pay with performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities
