Your Role You will be responsible for: Assisting the doctor efficiently during procedures (general, restorative, surgical, etc.) Preparing and breaking down operatories with precision and speed Maintaining strict sterilization and infection control protocols Taking high-quality radiographs and intraoral images Anticipating doctor needs before being asked Ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident Keeping operatories stocked, organized, and ready at all times Supporting clinical flow and schedule efficiency You are a key driver of production, patient experience, and clinical excellence.
