Duties Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and industrial machinery using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures utilizing electrical diagnostics tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and low/high voltage testers. Repair or replace hydraulic components, electrical wiring, sensors, valves, pumps, and pneumatic controls to restore optimal system performance. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting manuals to accurately identify issues. Operate field service equipment including scissor lifts and adhere to safety protocols during maintenance activities. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future inspections. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize equipment uptime and support continuous improvement initiatives through analysis skills and technical expertise. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting. Proficiency with electrical systems diagnostics including high voltage and low voltage troubleshooting. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics reading for electrical troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems repair, equipment troubleshooting, welding (stick welding), and mechanical repairs. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, industrial electrician practices, and HVAC experience is highly desirable. Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with engineering troubleshooting methods. Strong analysis skills with the ability to diagnose complex equipment issues efficiently. Valid certification or experience in industrial electrician work or industrial mechanic roles preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; customer service orientation is a plus for field service tasks.
