This role includes diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, completing residential service work, and delivering professional customer service through clear communication and technical expertise. We offer:
$44/hour base pay + weekly profit sharing Annual earnings: $113,100

paid holidays annually 401(k) with company match Company van and high-quality tools provided Training, development, and long-term career growth opportunities Position Overview As a Journeyman Electrician, you will complete residential electrical service and install work while ensuring a high level of customer communication and craftsmanship. You will work independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative service team. What You'll Do Complete residential electrical service calls Diagnose and repair electrical system issues Perform panel and service upgrades Install and replace fixtures, lighting, and devices Complete troubleshooting and system diagnostics Communicate clearly with homeowners and present service options Educate customers on financing and membership options when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and job summaries Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing training Build strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business What Success Looks Like Electrical work is completed safely, accurately, and to code Customers feel informed, respected, and confident in the work performed Jobs are completed efficiently with high first-time completion rates Communication with customers and team members is clear and professional Vehicles and job sites are consistently clean and organized You contribute to a strong, accountable, and team-oriented culture What We're Looking For Oregon General Journeyman Electrician License (required) or 2-year residential card Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong residential electrical service and install experience Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and circuits Experience with panels, service changes, lighting, and retrofits Generator, EV charging, fire protection, security, or data experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently while being part of a team About Reynolds With nearly 65 years serving our community, Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is built on quality, integrity, and accountability.
