Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Electrician to lead electrical operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties Supervise and manage electrical crews, providing clear direction and support to ensure high-quality work standards. Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to interpret project requirements accurately. Oversee safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on site. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure electrical installations meet industry standards and client expectations. Requirements Proven experience supervising electrical teams within heavy civil or commercial construction projects. Extensive construction site experience with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret complex electrical schematics. Familiarity with construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid electrician's license or equivalent certification. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different teams and stakeholders.
