We're a growing company specializing in smart home automation and low voltage wiring solutions. From residential projects to light commercial installations, our team delivers high-quality service, cutting-edge technology, and a customer-first experience. We're looking for a motivated technician who not only knows the ins and outs of low voltage wiring—but is also excited to help grow our customer base and boost sales through relationship building and upselling. We are specifically looking for someone who can provided support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and service low voltage wiring systems in residential homes (commercial experience a plus) Run cables, terminate connections, and ensure clean, professional installations for AV, data, and security systems Work with smart home technology, including Control4 (knowledge a strong plus) Troubleshoot and repair wiring/system issues as needed Maintain clean job sites and deliver exceptional customer service Drive company vehicle to and from job sites (valid driver's license required) Identify opportunities for system upgrades and recommend additional products or services to clients Build and maintain relationships with contractors, real estate agents, and other referral sources Track and report new business leads and upsell opportunities Earn commission for successful upsells and new customer sales

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in low voltage wiring (residential required, commercial a plus) Familiarity with Control4 and other smart home platforms preferred Clean driving record and valid driver's license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders Sales or customer service experience a plus Must speak

Spanish Pay:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
