What Success Looks Like Every system leaves the shop working flawlessly, clean, and safe Builds are completed on schedule — up to two full installations per week Wiring is routed cleanly and every connection passes inspection The workspace is organized, tools are cared for, and materials are stocked You're growing your skills and taking on more ownership over time What You'll Own Install solar panels, lithium batteries, inverters, charge controllers, and distribution systems per provided wiring diagrams Perform precise wiring, crimping, and component securing — neat, organized, and built to last Test and commission every system before it leaves the shop Support the Lead Installer in troubleshooting and resolving any installation issues Document progress with notes, photos, and reports; double-check all work against design plans Set up, maintain, and break down the workspace and tools for every job Track commonly used materials; flag shortages to the Installation Manager Build custom enclosures, mounting surfaces, and backer boards as needed
