• Job Description We are seeking a Tech 2/Journeyman Low Voltage Technician to perform cabling, troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of structured cabling and low-voltage systems across mission-critical and commercial environments.

This role is ideal for a technician who can work independently, maintain high quality and safety standards, and support a team in meeting project timelines. Responsibilities Install and service copper and fiber cabling infrastructure, including pathways, J-hooks, cable tray/ladder rack, and routing. Terminate and dress work area outlets and closet terminations such as patch panels and blocks. Build out telecom/data closets by mounting and installing backboards, racks, patch panels, and associated hardware. Perform testing and troubleshooting to identify opens, shorts, crosses, conduct continuity testing, and tone/trace. Maintain detailed documentation, tickets, and work logs while following site security and badging requirements. Perform routine and corrective maintenance across various customer site types such as DC, warehouse, manufacturing, and retail. Communicate status and site findings clearly, maintaining a professional customer-facing presence. Support material staging, inventory and asset tracking, and keep work areas clean and organized. Essential Skills Active Washington 06 Low Voltage Certification. Experience with structured cabling installation and maintenance. Proficiency in using test and troubleshooting tools for cabling. Clean driving record. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong preference for Oregon LEA or LEB certification. NICET certification. Fiber experience including termination and testing. Experience working in industrial environments such as warehouses and manufacturing. Data center smart hands experience and familiarity with MAC work and DC documentation. Why Work Here? Work Environment Technicians will report to the Wilsonville location and can reside in Oregon or Southern/Southwest Washington. The role involves working across various environments, including mission-critical and commercial settings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $47.00/hr.
