We're specifically looking for someone who knows residential work - not someone we need to teach the basics. You should be comfortable taking the lead on kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishes, additions, renovations, service upgrades, troubleshooting and other residential projects. Starting pay is $38/hour, but we're willing to go higher for the right person based on experience, ability and what you can bring to our team. What We're Looking For Strong residential electrical experience Thorough knowledge of current electrical codes and residential requirements Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels Experience with basement finishes, additions and renovations Ability to lay out, rough-in and finish a project Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and take the lead on a job Ability to coordinate and work effectively with apprentices and other team members Clean, professional workmanship Comfortable working in occupied homes and communicating professionally with homeowners and contractors Someone who takes pride in doing the job right Comfortable using basic technology, including email and mobile apps Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Commercial experience is a plus, but strong residential experience is what we're really looking for.
