Electrician - Journeyman Ambridge, PA 3 DAYS AGO 22750448 Summary Ambridge, PA In-Person $21.00 - $30.00 per Hour 1 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 35.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Journeyman to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, and other trades as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical trade Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Have reliable transportation Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work in various environmental conditions. Work Environment This position may involve indoor and outdoor work at construction sites throughout Allegheny, Beaver & Butler counties. Additional Details
