4-10 hour shift 5:00am to 3:00pm Job Description The Electrical Maintenance Technician works on the first shift in a heavy manufacturing environment and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical production equipment. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement across the plant with a strong customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities Perform breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance activities on mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the plant under limited supervision and with minimal technical guidance. Install, maintain, and repair production and processing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical issues, including circuit boards, electrical controls, AC and DC motors, and related systems. Work with pneumatics and hydraulics to diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues. Conduct electrical maintenance on equipment operating at 480-volt and 240-volt, three-phase power. Repair and maintain AC and DC crane systems, with an emphasis on DC crane troubleshooting and repair. Essential Skills At least 2+ years of technical training in maintenance and repair techniques. Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on electrical experience in a heavy manufacturing setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Electrical repair experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience with DC crane systems is a strong plus. Ability to fabricate machine guards and basic mechanical components. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Beaver Falls, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65520.00 - $69368.00/yr.
