While our business spans both sectors, we are expanding our dedicated residential new construction service division. Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems, panels, and circuits. Layout and install Residential Wiring for new construction Install light fixtures, ceiling fans, smart home devices, switches, and receptacles. Perform electrical panel upgrades and service changes (including dedicated HVAC circuits). Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and navigate residential layouts. Maintain clean work areas and deliver friendly, professional service for our customers Comply strictly with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Pennsylvania safety regulations.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in residential electrical service or construction.. Deep understanding of current NEC codes and residential troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must own basic hand tools of the trade.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive Hourly Wage:
$26.00 - $35.00/hour (Starting rate scaled directly to your exact years of experience and skill level). 100%
