An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on electrical and control systems in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of single phase and three phase wiring up to and including 480V, Cat 5/6 wiring, lighting controls and motor controls
- Working knowledge of National Electrical Code
- Work with internal teams and external partners to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing innovation.
- Must have basic tools
- Ability to work productively and independently with little supervision
- Ability to perform regular standing, bending, climbing, kneeling and lifting of up to 50lb without assistance
- Ensure company provided vehicle is clean, organized and maintained
- Complete daily field work order documentation with equipment and inventory used
- Valid PA drivers license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR checks and drug screening
- Must be dependable with reliable transportation
- Local to the Boyertown/Pottstown area is preferred
- Pay based on experience
- Must be willing to travel, work nights and overtime
- General commercial/industrial building maintenance a plus
