An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Our technicians have monthly goals (revenue, sales, google reviews) and they are required to follow processes to make our jobs run smoothly (purchase orders, return trip forms, invoice summaries). You may not be a good fit if: You want to sell as much as possible on every single job, no matter what. We are not a private equity company. We don't believe in overselling to customers. You've never worked at a company that required you to present quotes to customers. If you don't enjoy talking to customers or estimating jobs, we may not be the right fit. You've never worked at a company that requires you to use a job-related software (ex. ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, Housecall Pro, etc.). Most of your day will be using a tablet and following processes when you get onto a job. If you want to just show up, fix something, and go home, we may not be the right fit.
