What You'll Be Doing Solar PV installations and service — residential and light commercial Battery storage and EV charger installs (Level 2 home and light commercial) Service upgrades Standby generator installation, maintenance, and repair Residential and light-commercial electrical work — rough-in, finish, troubleshooting What Helps You Get the Job Previous experience in any of: electrical, solar, EV, generators, or HVAC Clean driver's record and license Professional and presentable — most of our work happens in customers' homes Eager to learn; willing to attend manufacturer training and pursue licensing Tidy and efficient on the job Formal experience is a plus; attitude and work ethic come first.
