Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial settings
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical wiring and components
• Perform electrical installations, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, and switches
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and plumbers, to complete projects on time and within budget
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice electricians

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification and experience
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage applications
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
