Job Description:
Maintenance Electrician The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Electrician is to disassemble, repair, assemble, and install all stationary and portable electrical equipment. Perform duties according to the National Electrical Code and be able to read and perform work from prints, schematics and/or instructions. Duties & Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Wiring Installation- Conduit, wire descriptions, sizes capacities, AC & DC circuits, troubleshooting, switches, fuses, controls, and relays. Motors
- installation, repair, troubleshooting of commutators and armatures, and necessary repairs, brush installation. Panels and Controls
- Wiring of cabinets, relays, shunts and control equipment according to diagrams prepared by Engineering. Lighting
- Ballast, incandescent, fluorescent, vapor proof, explosion proof, installation according to engineering specifications, wiring replacement and maintenance and diagnose trouble. Generators and Transformers
- Install generators and transformers according to engineering specifications, wiring, repair, replacement, and maintenance, and troubleshooting.
