We are currently looking for skilled Commercial and Industrial Electricians to join our team for ongoing electrical construction assignments located across the Harrisburg, PA region. These are full-time positions operating on the first shift. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $25 to $35 per hour based on your specific expertise and technical proficiency. Journeyman-level professionals can expect to earn between $33 and $35 per hour, contingent upon their proven track record. Our project portfolio encompasses a variety of tasks, including electrical upgrades, renovations, and new construction work for both commercial and industrial sites. Electrical Installation Perform installations of Rigid, EMT, IMC, and flexible conduit systems Utilize hand and mechanical tools to fabricate and bend conduit Manage the pulling and termination of feeder and branch circuit conductors Ensure the successful installation of electrical devices, switches, receptacles, and lighting systems Mount and connect switchgear, transformers, disconnects, and electrical panels Secure and wire various types of electrical equipment Blueprint & Layout Analyze electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and blueprints to guide project execution Plan conduit pathways in alignment with project design specifications Collaborate effectively with other trades to ensure project cohesion Testing & Troubleshooting Utilize diagnostic tools to test electrical equipment and circuits Resolve system issues by troubleshooting and performing necessary repairs Ensure all installations are fully compliant with NEC standards Safety Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents Keep the job site tidy and orderly to support a productive environment Qualifications At least five years of professional experience in commercial electrical construction Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation Proven proficiency in bending and installing EMT conduit Capability to lift weights of up to 75 lbs when required Provision of your own standard electrical hand tools and OSHA-approved PPE Commitment to following NEC and OSHA regulations, with preference given to those holding OSHA certification Willingness to undergo a drug screening as part of our drug-free workplace policy Legal authorization to work within the United States Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Maintaining a secure work environment is our primary focus on every project. All team members are required to arrive at the job site equipped with the necessary personal protective gear.
