Job Description

Extensive Travel included with this position. 3 weeks on, 1 week off...mostly up and down the East Coast. Must live within 3 Hours of Herr industrial ( Lititz PA ) 3-5 Years Experience Company supplied vehicle for work travel Per Diem and mileage paid weekly. Supervise the on-site work activities of one or more Electricians. Provide training to field workers as needed. Provide work direction as needed. Will be responsible for daily and weekly paperwork. ( paperwork on Android tablets) Willing to work Mechanical if no Electrical work at times Schedule equipment and materials. Interact with the customer on-site to provide status updates of project activity. Keep the Field Services Manager informed of all progress. Install conduit. Pull wires and terminate electrical wiring. Provide system troubleshooting, debugging, and installation. Install, maintain, and repair all electrical components. Work with programmable logic controllers and motor controls. Troubleshoot electrical control panel problems. Read schematics and blueprints. Provide safety training and supervision to ensure employee and product safety on all job sites, equipment and vehicles. Work on special assignment projects as needed. Solves problems independently. Works with no supervision. Experience and License Requirements Certificate or advance formal training preferred (optional) Detail-oriented HS Diploma, Vocational School (optional) Industrial Electrician (optional) Minimum 1 year supervisory background Minimum 6 years related experience (optional) Must be familiar with related areas of national electric code
