Job Description

Electrician Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrician with experience in both finish and rough-in electrical work for industrial products. This role offers the opportunity to work on unique, custom-built projects in a hands-on manufacturing and fabrication environment. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working with precision, and contributing to high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings to ensure accurate installation Run, bend, and install EMT and rigid conduit, as well as seal-tight conduit Pull and terminate power and control cables Install junction boxes, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and distribution panels Troubleshoot electrical systems using testing equipment (e.g., voltmeters, ohmmeters) Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently Adhere to all safety standards and regulations Required Qualifications Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Journeyperson-level experience Must provide basic electrician tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work onsite and travel to customer locations as needed Preferred Qualifications Electrical license Valid driver's license Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays Short-term and long-term disability Optional voluntary benefits (life, accident, critical illness, etc.) Additional Requirements Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts or 10 hour shifts Overtime and weekends as needed Location Mount Joy, PA Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start
