Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments. Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with accuracy and independence. Pull wire, bend conduit (EMT, PVC, IMC, GRC), install panels, switches, and electrical devices. Install and test data cable, ensuring clean, reliable terminations. Diagnose issues in circuits, panels, and equipment—and solve them the right way. Work safely and effectively around lifts, excavations, saws, drills, and heavy equipment. Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and fellow tradespeople to get the job done. What You Bring to theTable:
5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial work. Proficiency with 120/208 and 277/480V systems (single and three-phase). Strong working knowledge of the NEC and commitment to OSHA safety standards. A solid understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and system design. Apprenticeship completion or equivalent field experience. The ability to work solo or as part of a crew—and know when to lead or follow. Why Join RSR Electric?
