Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Electrician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of electrical projects across residential and commercial settings, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. As an essential member of our team, you will leverage your extensive electrical expertise to deliver top-quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards and local electrical codes. Your hands-on experience will be vital in supporting our ongoing projects and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Crew Leadership — Supervise electricians and apprentices; assign daily tasks; maintain productivity and quality. Project Coordination — Work directly with general contractors, homeowners, and inspectors to keep projects on schedule. Quality Control — Ensure all installations meet NEC, local code, and company standards. Safety Management — Conduct job‑site safety checks, enforce PPE use, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Material & Equipment Oversight — Track inventory, request materials, and ensure tools/equipment are used properly. Problem Solving — Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and prevent delays. Training & Mentorship — Support skill development for apprentices and junior electricians.
Required Qualifications:
Journeyman or Master License in Pennsylvania Minimum 5+ years electrical experience; 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role Strong understanding of NEC, residential wiring, service upgrades, and troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret blueprints Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional communication skills and ability to represent the company well on job sites
Preferred Experience:
Experience running small crews (2-6 electricians) Familiarity with service work, remodels, and new‑construction rough‑ins Comfort using digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication
