- Job Summary
- As a commercial/residential electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment and machinery as well as ability to plan and run new circuitry in any setting. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed
- Conduit bending and circuitry
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repair work
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and other equipment for repairs
- Perform property maintenance tasks as required
- Experience with wiring in. both new work and old work settings.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects effectively
- Knowledge/proficiency with NEC code
Required:
MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE, DO NOT APPLY WITH LESS

- Mechanical knowledge
- Self supervised, energetic, ambitious
