00 per hour, based on education and experience. Position Summary The Electrician helps maintain a safe and functional environment for children and staff at KidsPeace's residential facility by performing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Full Time Shift:

Monday

• Friday, Primarily 8am-4pm with on-call rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduation from an accredited trade school and at least three years of applicable experience required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to understand and interpret blueprints required. Knowledge of various phases of building construction preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, fixtures, and related equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and complete assigned electrical work orders. Install or modify electrical components as needed for facility repairs, renovations, and improvements. Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams to complete assigned work. Follow applicable electrical codes, safety procedures, and facility requirements while minimizing disruptions to children and staff.
