Job Description

Job Summary Alleima Precision Tube is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Electrical Focus to support our production facility in Scottdale, PA. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment, with a strong emphasis on industrial electrical systems and equipment reliability . This is a hands-on position ideal for a technician with experience in 3-phase power, industrial voltage systems, and electrical troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, motors, and machinery Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues Work with 3-phase electrical systems and industrial voltage ranges (120V-480V) Maintain and troubleshoot DC drive systems and motor controls Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Support efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Assist in fabrication, equipment repair, and mechanical troubleshooting as needed Follow all safety procedures , including lockout/tagout (LOTO) Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required (technical/trade school preferred) Previous experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing highly preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems Hands-on experience with: 3-phase power systems 120V-480V electrical systems DC drives and motor controls Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints Knowledge of electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Electrical certification or technical training Experience with PLC systems (troubleshooting level) Experience in a high-precision or metals manufacturing environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay starting at $24.50/hour (based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k)/retirement savings plan Tuition reimbursement and referral program Opportunities for career growth and skill development About Alleima Alleima is a global leader in advanced materials and high-performance alloys, serving industries such as aerospace, medical, energy, and transportation.
