This role is ideal for both Journeyman Electricians and Helpers who are eager to learn and grow within the electrical trade. The position involves performing a variety of electrical tasks on commercial, residential, or industrial projects, with an emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork. Candidates should be willing and able to learn new skills while contributing to successful project completion. Responsibilities Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems according to project specifications and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and work orders to determine wiring layouts and electrical configurations. Support senior electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing effective solutions. Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety for yourself and others on site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope. Be willing to take direction, ask questions, and develop your skills through hands-on experience. Qualifications Willingness to learn the electrical trade; previous experience is not required but is a plus. Ability to work safely in various environments while adhering to safety guidelines. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Basic understanding of electrical concepts is helpful but not mandatory; training will be provided. Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
