Job Description

Industrial Electrician Industrial Electrician needed—power steel production, troubleshoot PLCs, install systems, and keep critical operations running strong daily. This is a swing-shift position with bi-weekly rotation: 4 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to midnight every 2 weeks! What's in it for you? Industrial Electrician Details:
Direct Hire position $61,000.00 to $93,600.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00am to 02:00pm) Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment in a steel pipe manufacturing environment to ensure safe and continuous production operations. Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems including motors, switchgear, wiring, and control equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes to complete equipment installations and repairs Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) Perform preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Support equipment installation projects and ensure safe, compliant operation in a heavy manufacturing environment
Industrial Electrician Qualifications:
Must have demonstrated experience in at least 2-3 of the following: Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, reactors, electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems. Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components Diagnose and correct PLC programming problems to minimize downtime. Diagnose, repair and or replace electrical components of machines including but not limited to motors, relays, overloads, cables, switches, sensors, and variable speed drives.
