Follow safety standards and procedures without exception. Help train apprentices and junior technicians when needed. What background helps me succeed? Proven experience as an electrician—preferably in manufacturing. Strong electrical troubleshooting, plus mechanical problem-solving ability. Hands-on PLC programming/maintenance experience. Comfort working independently and in a team. Clear communication and a proactive, can-do approach. Electrical certifications or licenses are a bonus.
