Job Description

Position:

Bath Install Apprentice Location:

Springdale, AR + 90-mile radius

Type:

Full-time, W-2, 40-60 hours per week, $22/hour to start, scales up based on capability At Twist & Spout, we're looking to train someone for our next lead installer. Someone who already knows their way around a tool belt and is ready to prove they belong on an elite install team. We want someone with enough trade experience to already understand the fundamentals, hungry enough to learn our system fast, and driven enough to earn a spot as a Lead Installer. Quick learners who fit our culture can be on track to lead installer status in as little as 60-90 days.

Uniforms You Must Have:

Some hands-on trade experience - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or similar hands-on skilled work. We're looking for someone professional and respectful enough that a customer feels completely at ease having you in their home. All hires are thoroughly background checked Strong attention to detail and a deep respect for doing excellent work. Carry yourself in a professional manner and positive attitude. Must have recent, hands-on trade experience and actively working in the field within the last 3 months preferred.

What You Will Be Doing:

Train daily alongside an experienced installer, learning our systems, standards, and processes hands-on, on real job sites. Install high-quality tub and shower systems with precision and pride, working toward running your own jobs independently.
