This role is ideal for someone who is confident working in fast‑paced industrial environments and can diagnose electrical and mechanical issues quickly and safely. You'll be responsible for keeping equipment running, performing repairs, and supporting preventative maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, motors, and VFDs Diagnose issues with PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley preferred, but not required) Perform or identify mechanical repairs on conveyor belts, rollers, bearings, and drive systems Complete preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency callouts when needed Work safely and follow all company and site-specific procedures
Qualifications:
3+ years electrical experience (industrial or commercial preferred) Mechanical background with hands-on troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and conveyor belt systems Ability to diagnose issues independently and communicate findings clearly Strong understanding of lockout/tagout and safe work practices Ability to lift, climb, and work in warehouse or industrial environments Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs Conveyor system maintenance in logistics facilities (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc.) Welding or fabrication experience HVAC or motor control background
