RI Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RI Licensed Journeyman Electrician. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial and residential renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and safety regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts. Utilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to ensure system integrity and safety. Follow all safety protocols, including NEC guidelines, to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate project tasks efficiently. Conduct inspections of electrical installations during various phases of construction or renovation projects to ensure compliance with specifications. Qualifications Valid Rhode Island Journeyman Electrician license. Proven experience as a residential and commercial electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic wiring diagrams. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on renovation projects is preferred. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices. Strong problem-solving skills.
