Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team and scale with our rapidly expanding company. This role involves a dynamic mix of service calls, new construction, and specialized installations across both residential and commercial properties. Because you will interact directly with homeowners and business clients, we place a high value on professionalism, safety, and top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities Electrical Installations:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuitry, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, receptacles, and a variety of electrical equipment in residential and commercial settings.
Upgrades & Special Projects:
Perform service and panel upgrades. Install EV chargers, hot tubs, and new construction pool equipment (specialized training provided).
Service & Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues during service calls while maintaining strict compliance with current National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
Mentorship:
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to apprentices when necessary.
Job Requirements & Qualifications Licensing & Knowledge:
Journeyman License is not expected, however candidate shall possess up-to-date knowledge of circuitry and NEC code regulations.
Tools:
Must possess and maintain your own hand tools (specialized or heavy equipment will be provided/shared by the company).
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces (such as attics and crawlspaces), and work on ladders or scaffolding.
Transportation:
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Soft Skills:
Professional demeanor with strong customer service and communication skills.
