Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of storage facility systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment. Use schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify issues and execute repairs efficiently. Conduct inspections of building interiors, facilities equipment, plumbing systems, and HVAC units to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Utilize hand tools and electrical equipment to carry out tasks such as welding, carpentry, painting, and electrical work with precision. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system diagnostics for ongoing facility management. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to facility operations or repair needs promptly and professionally.
