- The Kind of Person Were Looking For
- You know how to talk to people. Homeowners are already stressed. Youre patient, clear, and make complicated electrical problems make sense.
- Youve got at least 3 years of real electrical experience. Youve seen faulty panels, bad breakers, outdated wiring, and tricky troubleshooting.
- You like solving tough problems. You dont give up easily, and you know when a repair is enough or when to recommend a replacement
- always with honesty.
- You have a valid drivers license and a clean record.
- High school diploma or GED. The Must-Haves (Minimum Qualifications)
- 3+ years of residential electrical service or sales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to offer repair vs. replacement options to customers
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English (speak, read, write) Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Journeyman Electrician license
- State Electrical Contractor license Job Details
