Electrical Panel Manufacturing Program Leader Company Overview:

Role Summary:
This role will serve as the face of Daedalus Industrial to our client with full program responsibility including Production Management, Materials and Procurement and On Time Delivery while engaging in the full spectrum of Customer Service. The Program Leader is responsible for Client and Company success within the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Materials and Procurement:
Includes Inventory Control, FIFO, Supplier Performance, Traceability, Pre-Production Kitting, and Warranty Program management.
Production Management:
Set and maintain monthly production targets, work with Quality Program team to facilitate compliance and continuous process improvement. Own the Program P&L to ensure profitability.
Shipping and Distribution:
Work closely with Logistics team to ensure on time every time delivery on orders. Maintain robust packaging methods to protect products in transit while working to maximize shipment size to control freight costs.
Customer Service:
The person who fills this position will frequently be requested by the customer to accommodate requests outside of their job description.... The right candidate will find a way to accommodate those requests creatively while minimizing risk and cost impact to Daedalus Industrial.
Measure and Report:
The Program Manager will host multiple meetings monthly to address Client Forecasting, Daedalus Partner coordination, Client Site Fulfillment and Supplier Forecasting. Some meetings will be held at Client or Supplier sites. Reporting methods to track Key Performance Indicators will be developed by the Program Manager to keep Daedalus Leadership informed and engaged fully with the success of the program.
Qualifications:
Four Year Degree with additional certification or vocational training in electrical systems preferred. Five (5) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. 5+ years of experience as an electrician preferred. Experience in commercial, industrial, or construction Management is preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics is also a plus. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols and regulations.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 Depending on Experience. Daedalus offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PPO, HSA, STD, LTD and Life Insurance. 401k with company matching is also offered.
Work Location and Report Structure:
This position will be based at our Easley, SC facility but will require some travel. This role will report to the President of the Company initially.
