Role:

As a CBRE Data Center Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in a state of the art data center in Ridgeville, SC. This role requires a candidate to troubleshoot fuses and breakers, inspecting and torquing wiring terminals, and resistance and continuity testing. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment. Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes. Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner. Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules. Provide efficient and reliable service to customers. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
