Own each job from start to finish, managing every detail and completely finishing what you start. Methodically troubleshoot wiring, breakers, lighting, and smart systems. Mentor apprentices and set the standard as a lead craftsman. Use our digital tools (tablets) for scheduling, notes, and dispatch communication. What You Bring 5+ years of residential or light commercial electrical experience (completed apprenticeship preferred, or equivalent field time) A "Thorough" and "Skilled" standard: close attention to detail, no cut corners A "Friendly," professional, and approachable attitude Clear communication skills, comfortable explaining technical concepts to homeowners A "Humble" mindset: teachable, respectful, no ego Valid driver's license, clean background, comfortable with technology, own hand tools Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (we're a strictly Drug-Free Workplace)Job Details Schedule:
