Residential Electrician / Lead Electrician Full-Time Position We are looking for an experienced, dependable Residential Electrician / Lead Electrician to join our team. Our work is primarily focused on new residential construction and remodel projects , and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can confidently lead a job from start to finish. Responsibilities Perform residential electrical installations for new construction and remodeling projects Read and interpret electrical plans, layouts, and specifications Maintain a strong working knowledge of residential wiring methods and electrical codes Lead and manage job-site crews, including apprentices and helpers Delegate tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions in the field Identify potential problems before they become costly or time-consuming Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other trades on the job site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure installations meet applicable electrical codes and company quality standards Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, hands-on electrician who can take ownership of a job site . You should be comfortable working independently, making decisions in the field, and directing less-experienced electricians and apprentices. We're looking for someone who: Has a strong understanding of residential electrical systems and wiring Has a solid knowledge of standard electrical codes and practices Can confidently troubleshoot and problem-solve Has experience leading or supervising electrical crews Can read plans and understand project requirements Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship Is dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively Communicates well and works professionally with customers and other trades Is willing to teach and mentor apprentices while maintaining productivity If you are an experienced electrician who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead a crew, and produce high-quality residential electrical work, we'd like to hear from you.
